Trencerhmen Teams Up On “A Dinner Upriver” Tuesday, August 27th




On August 27th, Trenchermen‘s Pat Sheerin will team up with Paul Virant (Vie, Perennial Virant), Gerard Craft (St. Louis’ Niche, Pastaria) and Kevin Nashan (St. Louis’ Sidney Street Cafe) for A Dinner Upriver.  The dinner will be held at Trenchermen and feature Perennial Artisan Ales.
A Dinner Upriver will feature five-courses, each course will be paired with Perennial Artisan Ales.  This single seating dinner will see each chef preparing one dish (except for Sheerin who will present two dishes), as well as a dish to be passed during the evening’s welcome reception.
Trenchermen‘s bar will have Perennial beers on tap for the public that come in (separate from the themed dinner).  Full details, including how to make a reservation are below.
