Curtis Duffy‘s Grace opens tonight in Chicago.  The Ohio-born Chef (who worked with Grant Achatz at Trio before moving with him to Alinea as his Chef de Cuisine, leaving to take over Avenues, which was awarded two Michelin stars during his tenure) has been working on getting Grace up and running for most of the year.  As you can see in the above video, the end result is bound to be a restaurant many will be in awe of.  Check out the stats on Grace below:
