MP3: Judson Clairborne – “Twilight Spirit”
After leaving Low Skies, Chris Salveter took a bike ride through Southeast Asia where much of 2008′s self-released Before Midnight Scholar was created. Once back home he gathered together some friends to flesh this creation out.
Dubbed Judson Claiborne, Salveter’s once-solo excusion is now a bonified band, featuring Salveter on guitar and vocals, Ryan Boyles on bass, Jamie Carter on drums, Darrell Greiwe on guitar and vocals and Jamie Topper on percussion and vocals.
These musicians, now known as Judson Claiborne, recently wrapped recording on a second full-length album entitled Time and Temperature, a song from which, “Twilight Spirit”, is at the top of this item in mp3 form.
The band ends their month-long residency at Chicago’s Schubas Tavern tonight with Mazes and David Daniell opening.
