Blackbird Chef Michael Sheerin and local artist David Molinaro present “An Evening of Food, Wine and Technique” at the Chicago restaurant’s private upstair Salon on Wednesday, July 29th (619 West Randolph 60661).
The evening will feature a champagne reception at 6:30PM, followed by a 5-course dinner with wine pairings created and prepared by Chef Sheerin at 7:00PM, in a collaboration with and inspired by the works of the highly versatile and experimental aritst, Molinaro.
