According to Billboard Guns N’ Roses have worked out a deal with Best Buy to sell Chinese Democracy exclusively at the retailer. Even more shocking is that the album, more than a decade in the works, may just be out before year’s end.
As the interview below this article with Tommy Stinson can attest, we’ve all heard this before. However, GnR are now being repped by Irving Azoff, the man behind The Eagles (who successfully pushed 3.1 million copies of that pile of shit Long Road Out of Eden exclusively to the sheep who graze at Wal-Mart) and all signs point to someone with a firm hand at the wheel of this rather unwieldy vehicle known as “Guns N’ Roses”.
I’m not betting against its release, but I’m not exactly going to hold my breath in anticipation of this, either. If it’s out, I’ll check it out. That’s it.
