Brooklyn’s Mobius Band are currently on tour with Ghostly International labelmate Matthew Dear. The band is featured on the song “Elementary Lover” on Dear’s new album Asa Breed. Mobius Band’s album Heaven is “out now” according to their MySpace page.
Mobius Band consists of Ben Sterling (vocals, guitar, keys, sampler), Peter Sax (vocals, bass, keys, sampler) and Noam Schatz (drums, electronic percussion, circuit bending). Heaven was recorded in studios and homes with some engineering help from Emery Dobyns (Antony and the Johnsons, Battles) and Eric Spring.
